1. Service Description

dieto.kz provides automated, personalized digital diet reports based on information supplied by the user. Reports may include calorie estimates, macro targets, diet structure, meal plans, grocery guidance, and general dietary recommendations.

2. No Medical Advice

dieto.kz is an informational and planning service only. It does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or individualized healthcare advice. Users should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant dietary changes, especially if they have medical conditions, food-related health risks, or special nutritional needs.

3. User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate and lawful information.
• Users are responsible for reviewing the generated report and using their own judgment before acting on it.
• Users must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access to any system or report.

4. Orders and Digital Delivery

Each purchase grants access to one generated digital report associated with the relevant report ID and order. Access may be provided through an on-site report view, a downloadable PDF, or both.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record for transactions handled through Paddle Checkout. By completing a purchase, the user agrees to the applicable payment, billing, tax, and transaction terms presented at checkout.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, report templates, diet logic, design, and generated report presentation are owned by or licensed to dieto.kz, except where third-party rights apply. Users may use purchased reports for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Prohibited Use

• reselling or redistributing purchased reports as a product;
• copying, scraping, or reverse-engineering the service or its underlying logic;
• using the service in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful.

8. Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also revise these Terms by publishing an updated version on the website.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, dieto.kz is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, health-related, or business losses arising from the use of the service or reliance on generated report content.
