Effective date: April 17, 2013. This Privacy Policy explains how dieto.kz collects, uses, and protects information when users generate and purchase personalized diet reports.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the information that a user enters into the report generator, which may include body parameters, selected diet type, goals, activity level, food restrictions, allergies, disliked products, and any optional comments provided by the user.

2. Payment Information

Payments are processed by Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record. We do not store full payment card details on our servers. Payment-related information is handled according to Paddle's own privacy and compliance standards.

3. How We Use Information

• to generate a personalized diet report;
• to create and maintain the related order and report ID;
• to confirm successful payment and grant access to the purchased report;
• to improve report quality, diet logic, and service reliability;
• to respond to billing, support, or refund-related requests.

4. Storage and Retention

Generated report data and order metadata may be stored in our systems for service delivery, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, and recordkeeping. Some input values may also be temporarily stored in the user's browser to help restore an unfinished report session.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share necessary information with service providers that help us run dieto.kz, such as payment providers, hosting providers, analytics or infrastructure providers, and support tools, only to the extent necessary to operate the service.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data. However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security, so users should avoid submitting information they consider highly sensitive unless it is necessary for the service.

Users may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and payment-record retention requirements.

dieto.kz is not intended for children under 18 without parental or guardian involvement. Users should only submit data they are authorized to provide.
